They will be able to describe common illnesses, medical concerns or health risks, and list signs and symptoms of gastric bypass complications or post-operative concerns of bariatric surgery. Also reviewed are the special considerations or equipment requirements that are necessary when moving and transporting a morbidly obese patient.
